When I have started searching for a hotel in Varanasi for my family trip-I was fed up of fake review writers, who made my searching of good hotel -a very complicated/challenging task. Thanks God, finally I have ended up in Haveli hotel. Being a pilgrimage I just wanted to have a decent , clean hygienic accommodation at Varanasi that too near the Gangaji... HAVELI fulfilled all of them, Thank you. (I am not bothered about TV , WiFi etc unwanted things- though they have provided, But, Lift- I appreciate). When ever I requested for cleaning of room, water , tea powder, soap- they provided. The Food was nice, safe and good preparation. The only not so attractive was- the price...!! which they have kept on little higher side I felt...These are my sincere un biased comments.

Locationwise great place. Room size is acceptable. The staff behabious is very good and restaurant food is veg and tasty. Breakfast Puri sabji is much better than famous Ram Bhandar. Try this plate is a must here.

Location was perfect. Hotel is very close to Assi Ghat, which was convenient for us. Hotel staff nice. Rooms & facilities were good enough.

Good location. Nice breakfast in terms of quality though more options could be provided. Great ambience in the restaurants. Room provided is of adequate size and facilities. They provided a local tour guide who really guided us with all the attractions we wanted to visit - with the right time of the day to ensure we had minimum wait time.

Yes. Nice staff at the Desk. Polite and hospitable. Good lounge with drinking water facility and clean wash room. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Bath room is good. AC worked well. We did not feel any discomfort during our stay for three days. Value for money. Will have no hesitation to recommend this Hotel for those looking for this range of hotels. The food in the garden restaurant was good.

Clean well-maintained property. Smooth check-in check-out Good cafeteria and work place. Good wifi Courteous staffs. Enjoyed the live music sessions. Overall very satisfied.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. The food at the rooftop restaurant mostly very good. We didn't use the breakfast buffet - it wasn't very exciting and we don't eat enough breakfast for it to be worth it.
